Dr. Bernadette J. Lujan, MPA, DOM, Dipl. OM, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of New Mexico. She has had a long career in public health, having received her Master of Public Administration, with an emphasis in health services administration from the University of New Mexico. She helped initiate and expand many public health programs to enhance the quality of life of the residents of New Mexico.
She is a nationally board certified Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and is licensed as a Doctor of Oriental Medicine in the state of New Mexico. In 2012, she completed a externship at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital in Albuquerque, NM. In 2013 Dr. Lujan completed an externship at a fully integrated teaching hospital affiliated with Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine in Harbin, China.
